What you need to know about Sundays at Gayton
We look forward to meeting you soon! When you have an opportunity to join us, we want your experience to be warm and welcoming, so here are a few things to help you around our campus.
Please begin your visit by stopping by the Welcome Desk just inside the Main entrance. There will be a greeter there to help you find your way and answer any questions you may have.
If you join us on a Sunday morning, stop by the Pump House Cafe for a complementary cup of coffee, our welcome to you!
Kids & Youth
On Sundays, Gayton Kids are mostly on the lower level. For convenience, park behind the building and use our Kids Entrance. A “vine tender” will be just inside the door to help you check in and find your child(ren)’s classes.
We also have a nursery for newborns through about 21 months. The nursery is upstairs, just across the hall from the Worship Center.
Kids’ security is very important to us! Check our security page for details.
Our youth gather on Sunday mornings and evenings. Visit the Gayton Youth page to learn more about what’s happening for middle and high school students.
Ask a greeter at the door if you need helping finding where kids or youth are!
Adult Learning Communities
When you walk in the front doors, you will meet a greeter who can help point you in the right direction. With two worship services and two opportunities for community, there’s a place for your whole family! Make sure you say hello to one of our staff members.
The main entrance will put you just outside the Worship Center on the upper level. The elevator and stairs at the end of the hall will take you downstairs to Kids Ministry rooms and the church offices.
Need to know where a specific group is meeting? Ask a greeter at the Welcome Desk for a list of Bible Study rooms and locations.

Good intentions are not enough. Join us to explore how to help the poor without causing unintended harm, and how to effectively engage in poverty alleviation ministries. Those who serve with CARITAS, Rebuilding Together, Spirit of Baseball, short term missions trips, the food pantry, and other ministries will find this extremely valuable.
Open to everyone.
Led by Jenny Hull, Sandy Lawson, and Suzanne Sprouse.

We enjoy beautiful and diverse expressions of worship here at Gayton. Our preacher shares relevant and poignant messages from God’s Word at each service, supported by creative elements which help reinforce God’s truth.
Our musical palate ranges from contemporary at the 9:30 am service, to our 11:00 am service, which combines the great songs of today with the powerful hymns of our faith tradition, all with the goal of helping each person give glory to God and grow in their commitment to follow Jesus Christ.
Past messages are available online.

You will find handicap parking marked just outside the front and rear entrances of the building.
Need to drop someone off at the front door? Pull in the front entrance and right up to the front door where you can drop someone off before you park.
Along with handicap parking at the front and rear entrances, our facility is equipped with handicap restrooms, and our greeters will be more than happy to assist you in finding an accessible seat in the Worship Center, or removing a chair for wheelchair access. Entry is easy, through either the front or rear entrances, and an elevator outside the Worship Center allows for easy access to both floors of the facility.
